Congratulations go out to the Georgetown HS Jazz Ensemble for their strong showing this past Saturday at the TMEA Region 26 All-Region Jazz auditions.  Mark Kennedy - 1st chair saxophone.  Katelyn Kimble – 5th chair trumpet.  Eric Lorenzana – 3rd chair trombone.  Ray Rodriguez – 1st chair bass trombone.  Trey George – 1st chair drums.  Jacob Sherouse – 1st chair bass guitar.  Congratulations to these fine Jazz musicians.

Georgetown Drumline placed 2nd at the Lonestar Drumline competition on

10 NOV 2007.

Mark Kennedy and Charlie Bowell were presented with plaques for being named 2007 National Wind Band Soloists.

And, the Drum Majors showed off the Eagle Band trophies that were accumulated over the
2007 successful marching season.
