This week we have several events going on. We will have leadership workshops and auditions in the mornings. We also have our informational meeting for next year on Monday Night. Tuesday will be our Spring Concert and we will have our Annual Jazz Dinner and Dance Extravaganza on Saturday night.

This week we will be participating in the Red Poopy Parade & Festival. In preparation we’ll have parade practice this Thursday. The parade will be Saturday Morning. Also the Jazz Ensemble will be performing at the Festival on Sunday.

14-0! The Eagles are going to the State Semi Finals!! Great job this week at the Nederland game. We had another great halftime performance and another great victory for the Eagles. A special congrats to the Forbes and Benold Bands for their performances at the game! I got so many compliments on the Band and how much everyone loved your performance. Outstanding job! We move on to the State Semi Finals this weekend. Also, we have our Holiday Concert and Holiday on Parade in Sun City.
We have a playoff game and Holiday on Parade on Saturday. Juniors and seniors will be attending the game. Freshman and sophomores will be attending Holiday on Parade.
Also, we had Region Band Auditions this weekend and the Eagle Band did a phenomenal job!!! We had a lot of great students place and advance. I am so proud of all of the students who auditioned this weekend. Here are the results:
