WEDNESDAY 11/30(A Day)
- 7:30 Sectionals (WS Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Trumpet)(WE Trumpets)
- 8:30 Concert Band Rehearsal
THURSDAY 12/1(B Day)
- 7:30 Sectionals Low Brass/Low Reeds
- 8:30 Concert Band Rehearsals
- 4:05 WE Flute and Oboe Sectional

FRIDAY 12/2(A Day) REGION BAND AUDITIONS PHASE 1
- 8:30 Concert Band Rehearsal
- 5PM Registration begins for Region Band Auditions at Vandegrift High School(9500 McNeil Dr. Austin, TX 78730)
- 10PM Phase 1 Auditions end
SATURDAY 12/3CHRISTMAS STROLL/ REGION PHASE 2
- 8:30AM Region Band Phase 2 Auditions Begin at Vandegrift HS
- 11AM Meet for Christmas Stroll on the Square(Location TBA) Wear full uniform(no shako) Santa hats and decorate your horn!!!!
- Noon Step off for Christmas Stroll
- 12:30 Stroll Ends
