All Wind Symphony, Wind Ensemble & Honor Band students in grades 9-11 will be performing as the Graduation Band. Warm-up and rehearsal on Friday May 28th begins at 4:00pm in RH1.

- 4:00pm — Warm-up in GHS RH1 — arrive dressed in ALL BLACK!
- 4:45pm — Dinner in commons
- 5:30pm — Move to Stadium
- 5:50pm — Sound Check until 6:30pm (working mic placement — will be amplified over stadium speakers)
- 6:30pm — Water break — stay IN Stadium
- 6:50pm — in seats waiting for pomp and circumstance to begin.
Dress is ALL BLACK. Wear what you wore at the Winter Concert in December. After rehearsal, the students will be fed in the A/C before heading over to the new stadium for GHS Graduation. We will provide their food in the band hall and will also provide 2 waters on the field during graduation. Graduation begins at 7:30pm. There will be an approximate dismissal from the band hall at 9:45pm.
