- Ninth graders need marching horn. You will end your day at the NGC.
- Ninth grade tubas bring your concert tubas to the NGC today.
- No after school rehearsal today.
- Eat at Mama Fu’s tonight from 5:15pm — 6:15pm ! (before the booster meeting!)

- Bring warm marching clothes today!
- Bring marching instrument today. NO concert horn needed today.
- Ninth graders will end their day at GHS.
- After-school rehearsal — 4:00pm to 6:15pm
- 4:00pm – stretches, roll, indiv WW/Brass arc warm-ups on practice field
- 4:15pm – Georgette run-through “Blazing Saddles”
- 4:25pm – Form concert arcs behind pit.
- 4:30pm – Record marching show for Audio CD (mic will be in the tower)
- 4:50pm – Dismiss pit to roll back to band hall and DISASSEMBLE ALL MARCHING EQUIP.
- 4:51pm – Winds and Battery record stand tunes and Gette tunes
- 5:30pm — Prepare combined halftime show with McNeil Band “Salute to America’s Finest”
- 6:00pm — Announcements
- 6:15pm — Parent pick-up in GHS west student lot

Thursday, November 5, 2009 – Away Game v McNeil

- Freshmen: Bring Marching instrument
- Show Shirt
- Black socks – PROVIDED BY STUDENT –must be calf-length. No ankle length allowed!
- Black marching shoes
- Blue Shorts
- Black Triangle T
- Flip folder ON A LANYARD
- Schedule
- 3:45pm — Change into show shirt, blue shorts, black socks and black marching shoes
- 4:00pm- DINNER in commons
- 4:30pm- Clear commons, – everyone go put on uniform!
- 4:55pm- Load buses
- 5:10pm — depart Georgetown HS
- 5:35pm — arrival at RRISD Stadium on Parmer Lane
- RRISD Stadium
- 10211 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78717
- 5:40pm- unload trailer
- 6:00pm — rehearse with McNeil HS band outside main gate –
- 6:20pm – load stands
- 6:30pm — warm-up
- 6:40pm — water break
- 6:50pm — school song
- 7:00pm- kickoff
- 8:00pm – halftime
- 9:15pm – Released by sections from stands to load trailer
- 9:45pm — Depart RRISD Stadium
- 10:08pm- Arrival at GHS — PARENTS… please pick-up in west lot outside band hall doors facing Austin Ave… not in circle drive as that is where our 18-wheeler needs to unload!
- 10:30pm- approximate dismissal
