- Tuesday parent pickup is 7:00pm.

- No after school rehearsal.
- All bring concert horn.
- NINTH GRADERS… We are trying something NEW this week. Let’s try ending the day AT THE NGC! Bring your concert horns to school today to the NGC and you will have band class today in the NGC BAND HALL. If you need to ride the bus home, you will ride the same bus that you caught at GHS last week.

Friday, September 4th Away Game vs. Seguin
- Bring to school in a duffel:
- Black socks – PROVIDED BY STUDENT –must be calf-length. No ankle length allowed!

- Flip folder ON A LANYARD
- LARGE jug of water
- SACK LUNCH — be sure to include a Gatorade with the lunch to assist with hydration!
- Friday Schedule
- 11:30am — Ninth graders released from class to NGC band hall to pick up your duffel. Head to NGC dressing rooms. Change into your black triangleT, blue shorts and marching shoes. Head directly to the busses waiting for you outside the NGC to transport you to GHS.
- 11:50am — NGC students on bus heading to GHS
- 11:57am — All band and guard students head to GHS band hall to change into triangleT, blue shorts, black socks and marching shoes.
- 12:20pm — Head out to stadium for stretch, warm-up and your show run-through.
- Be sure you have EVERYTHING WITH YOU!
- Bring instrument in case
- Uniform IN garment bag — with black gloves and black baldrics
- Shako box
- Jug of water
- Sack Lunch

- 12:30pm – stretch begins
- 1:30pm – end run through
- 1:35pm – Popsicles provided by section parents
- 1:40pm – winds put instruments on trailer
- 1:45pm – percussion & guard load trailer

- 2:30pm — Depart Stadium for Seguin

- 10:25pm – Released by sections from stands to load trailer
- 10:50pm — Depart Seguin HS
- 12:40am- Arrival at GHS — PARENTS… please pick-up in west lot outside band hall doors facing Austin Ave… not in circle drive as that is where our 18-wheeler needs to unload!
- 12:42am- Students dismissed to trailer BY BUS! Wait until your bus is called! Unload your instrument first, then go put away your uniform!
- 1:15am- approximate dismissal – (parents… the buses may arrive earlier or later than expected. Please be patient. The best way to estimate our arrival is send your student with a cell phone and have them call you when they hit Round Rock. We should dismiss 45 minutes after hitting Round Rock. All students are expected to stay until dismissal after the trailer is unloaded- everybody helps!)
